For some reason I've had a hankering for flavored coffee lately, what with all the fall Pumpkin Spice coffees and such. I picked up some flavored creamers at Walmart yesterday. I'm currently having coffee with chocolate caramel creamer. It doesn't suck. But I was kind of hoping for more.

Finishing up a frost protection marathon. Got so wet and cold that our electronics and sensors consistently failed with frost on any millimeter of internal but unjacketed wiring. Timber markets in the toilet, conservation is a four letter word. Inputs are all up, and especially anything to do with mobile heavy equipment....so you just sit there and watch seedlings die and maintenance add up and money burning below freezing point.

It's gonna be a bad year for forests, on a scale that already has a baseline of "less".

I've been having significant gastrointestinal issues since this morning. These symptoms appear to be a side effect of a medication that I recently restarted. I started feeling a good bit better about an hour ago. Hopefully, by morning, I'll be close to back to normal.
