I learned that I've been spelling 'pharaoh' wrong my whole life.
You can cook eggs by sous vide. You just cook them in the shell. Not my thing, as the goal is a gooey egg, and I don't like my eggs that way, but it is interesting.
Also, there's an argument to be made for searing meat both before and after sous vide, instead of just after. Food for thought.

1) There are apparently two different sizes of microSD card. Regular and M2. dad discovered this through a GoPro ripoff that turned out to be more usable than he thought.
2) In the name “Andrzej”, the R is apparently silent. So, it looks like, I’ll be watching a film by OND-zeysh Zhu-WAF-ski for Halloween.
