As usual, he’s probably exaggerating.

JD Vance blames soaring gas prices on Joe Biden.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

It's written in the video "March 13"

Thanks, didn't have my reading glasses handy.
I was wondering about that as well. And it was 13 March of
this year. So, it makes me think Vance isn't tracking US petrol prices as well as he should. My own sources (CNN) say price-at-the-pump is up 18% in just two weeks.

Here in Central Texas my local station went from $2.29/gal to $3.09/gal the first week of our attack.
Here in North Texas, that tracks with what we are seeing. Glad a tank of gas will last me a month these days.

I filled up in between Venezuela and the startof the war with Iran for $3.49, which was about the cheapest locally. Cheapest now is $4.23.
Even at $3, gas in Texas is insanely cheap.
Doing the conversions, it’s $6.55/gal here. That’s an increase of about 20% from pre-stupid fucking war prices.
