Hi All,

Living and working in a Muslim country for the last 10 years has helped me focus on what religion is all about.........CONTROL! I know what it was like when I was a kid but now it's in my face constantly.
In the last year I've read a few books eg God is not Great, The Christ Conspiracy, The God Delusion etc. They really focused my attention on what religion was all about. Of course, as a kid, I was taught the Adam and Eve story Thinking and just went along with it. The nuns in convent schools where pretty good at telling stories!
Anyway, here I am hoping to spread the word of sensibility.

Religion is certainly about control at least in part. But then so is many things like politics. It's just that religion claims bullshit without evidence, since politics is more about "values" than bullshit claims asserted as if they're fact...when they're not fact! They're delusions!
