Regardless how anyone thinks of her and her ideas, had Bozo posted remarks like that on RDF or similar fora he would have had an official warning by now. Ad hominems are not helpful in any debate.

He would have a warning by now on the Science Forums. In fact, this whole thread would have been closed as it has deviated light years away from the title. Mind you, they are very strict.

Rules here are very easy going but there are limitations.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence - Carl Sagan

Mankind's intelligence walks hand in hand with it's stupidity.

Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist.

You never really know just how stupid someone is, until you've argued with them.

You need a good reason though if you're to be respected. And if you piss people off too much there will of course be consequences. So claim what you like but make sure its reasonable. And if you say its reasonable but others don't think so I think you should explain why actually.

Wow! Threats now is it? You're on dangerous terrain preaching that mon ami.
Was there anything unreasonable about what I said? I thought what I said was obvious.

It just illustrates my age, I suppose. My background is more political than science or religion. In days gone by a spade was called a spade. Nowadays, people are less likely to be blunt than they once were. I won't call it political correctness, because I don't think it is. I am aghast that being blunt now constitutes worthy of a " warning " .
It seems I'm in a minority of 1...so be it.
HuhA man is born to a virgin mother, lives, dies, comes alive again and then disappears into the clouds to become his Dad. How likely is that?
