There is hard, verifiable, quantifiable and testable evidence that indicates that evolution is an accurate description of the process that occurs that leads to species evolving.

For Islam, all we have the word of believers and a contradiction laden book written under dubious circumstances around 1500 years ago.

If you research Islam objectively then you will come to the conclusion that it is dubious and should be treated with scepticism. If you research Islam as a brainwashed muslim who merely wants to strengthen their already conditioned and closed-off mind then you will no doubt conclude that god is real. No rational mind could look at the story of the qur'an (i.e reading the qur'an and researching external sources which put its authorship in to context) and conclude that it is the word of god, because that is not a rational conclusion. If a rational mind reached that conclusion, then (rationally speaking) it would have to accept all other stories of supernatural phenomenom from all cultures as fact. To believe in one thing and not the other requires the complete suspension of rational enquiry.

What is the evidence for the reality of god to which you refer? I'm yet to see any.

Ever get the feeling we go round in circles here?

Because the two things aren't even remotely similar. The "evidences for the reality of God" quite simply do not stand up to even the most cursory scrutiny. Many of them are actually evidence for the exact opposite of what they are sold as being and are just twisted to mean something else. On the other hand, evolution is one of the best attested fields of modern science with mountains of peer-reviewed and replicable evidence to support it. Nothing in biology would work or make sense without it, modern medicine and gene therapy would be useless. "God" has, quite literally, nothing to compare to it.

There are also hard verifiable quantifiable and tastable against theories for "human" evolution .

For Islam , I have proved many times that there is no contradiction in it , also any person can do the same , just a little research .

People just want to believe what they want to believe , this applies to all . People cannot decide without being bound to a frame of mind and everyone is under the influence of their political and philosophical mindset .

I'm trying to be objective as much as possible .

By the way , please research about some islamic scholar those who were propounded different evolutionary theories . Jabbir ibn Hayyan , Ibrahim an-Nazzam , Al-Jahiz , Al-Biruni , Ebn Meskavayh , Ibn Tufail , Ibn Khaldun etc ...

So muslims are not the against the evolution as you think . Christians are , because this is opposed to their Jesus portrait .
