I think that the funniest part is that atheists don't "practice" anything. I will admit that I am a bank robber that has a nasty crack habit, though.

Sad thing is, I've heard this exact argument.

It would indeed be irreligious to suggest that believers are somehow immune from failure when compared to non believers.

I think it is less than humble to also suggest that believing in God makes one 'better' than another who does not.
