You know what justice is Rahul. You know when it fails. This kind doesn't.

No I'm talking about justice. Fairness. Just deserts. Where every crime gets what it deserves.

If you had said every criminal gets what he deserves, but then it opens the question up to multiple ways of dealing with criminals, depending on what the goal is. How you can make that balance of goals "perfect" must be a neat trick. Crimes in themselves don't have just desserts. That's why we have sentencing hearings. To adjust the punishment to the unique circumstances of the criminal and his act. RE: Christians, prove your minds aren't molested by fear.

He would condemn an honest, gentle, loving, faithful human to eternal torment just for not believing in his existence and not accepting his sacrifice of Jesus because of insufficient evidence. On the other hand a mass murderer and rapist could repent later in life after destroying thousands of lives and live for an eternity in bliss. Even if he never even paid anything at all for his crimes in his short, earth bound existence.
