Dang that pisses me off. Mixing guns and alcohol is unpardonable IMO.
I'd love to have a class X felony law for gun possession under the influence, where touching a gun with alcohol on you breath puts you away, other drugs included of course..

I lost interest in the first set about half way through. Why bother when you can buy one of the fucking things at a "gun show" sans background check at will?

The second one is scary. There are way too many guns now.

Private sellers are not.

It has nothing to do with gun shows.
