Which they would be, of course, there are alot of em about. The venn diagram of christians, porn lovers and all other religions is going to skew decidedly towards bulking up the christian porn lover field by force of demographics alone.

I was addressing the usage of "wanking" in the business name, not any sense of shame. Do you think my customers never recognized each other from their outside walks of life? Do you think they didn't recognize each others' cars in my parking lot?
Broadband internet porn succeeded for this exact reason: People want to pretend to be moral, upright stalwart community figures, churchgoing gentlemen, but at the end of the day they -- you -- jack off to the same filth. The internet has only made your pretense of rectitude easier, that's all.

Yeah, this was back in the 90s, before the Net had gotten the, ahem, market penetration it has nowadays. It's a good thing I got out when I did (2001).
From what I gather, the old shop is still open, in a different location, and specializes in toys and clothing now, rather than DVDs or the VHS tapes we had in 1995.
