It's not me. Obama has jumped the shark on this one.
Equating ISIS with Christians and the Crusades? Categorically saying there's nothing violent about Islam? Do you really think Americans will swallow that crap? They're not buying it anymore. Even some of the lamestream media isn't buying it anymore.
Captain Stupid really hit a nerve here, and nailed his colours to the mast.
Now everyone can see his divided loyalties are a national security risk.
He brought this all on himself.
When you have Americans saying that Obama's speech felt like "verbal rape", you know he's fucked up bigtime.

Why are you ignoring the obvious alternative, and more reasonable conclusion, that those decrying 'verbal rape' are the ones 'fucked up big time'?

Americans are probably well aware of this speech by now, it's all over the media. In Australia, I only just got wind of it. Giuliani is on fire. He is smoking with rage about Obama, and rightly so.
It's a MUST WATCH.
With all the violence perpetrated in the name of Islam, Giuliani rightly asks Obama: ARE YOU STUPID?
There is a 2nd part to the video but unfortunately Giuliani gets sucked into the policy of supporting democracy in Muslim countries. Isn't it clear by now that Muslims elect fundamentalists far too often?
Anyway, the first part is worth watching.
One criticism, Giuliani labels Obama as "weak", and compares him to previous weak leaders like Carter and Chamberlain. This is a misunderstanding of Obama. He is not weak. Rather, he has DIVIDED LOYALTIES. He protects Islam from negative stereotypes because Islam is part of his heritage, identity, family and friends.
So, Giuliani's question to Obama "do you love America?" is a pertinent question, but the answer is an intractable one. Yes, he loves America, but he also loves Islam and Muslims, and he thus cannot make the necessary honest and accurate assessment of Islamic doctrine, which is kind-of important because Islam is an EXISTENTIAL THREAT to the Western world.
(existential
ˌɛɡzɪˈstɛnʃ(ə)l/
adjective
relating to existence.)
Giuliani also incorrectly labels terrorism "the misuse of the Islamic religion", but at least he acknowledges the ideology is based on Islam.
He also makes the very important point about preventing Iran from going nuclear, they are insane mullahs who want to destroy Israel and the USA.
And he gives the media a serve for defending Obama "no matter what he does".
Watch the whole video, it's refreshingly honest in an age of soul-destroying idiocy.
I'm not going to watch it.
In December 2010 Rudy Giuliani traveled to Paris to speak at a conference in support of Mujahideen-e-Khalq, an Iranian Marxist group listed on the State Department terror list.
While he was mayor of NYC, Rudy Giuliani was an enthusiastic fund-raiser for NORAID, the US based fund raising cut-out for the IRA. Giuliani was informed that NORAID was funding terrorism rather than the humanitarian programs that they purported to be supporting, but (unlike similar programs run like Hamas) simply did not exist.
This man has been a direct supporter of terrorism in the past, he has the blood of the English on his hands. He has nothing to say about terrorism at all and can go to hell as far as I'm concerned.

If you describe yourself as “atheist,” some people will say, “Don’t you mean ‘agnostic’?” I have to reply that I really do mean atheist, I really do not believe that there is a god; in fact, I am convinced that there is not a god (a subtle difference). I see not a shred of evidence to suggest that there is one ... etc., etc. It’s easier to say that I am a radical atheist, just to signal that I really mean it, have thought about it a great deal, and that it’s an opinion I hold seriously." - Douglas Adams (and I echo the sentiment)

He glowingly mentions MEK in the video (might be in Part 2), as an example of moderate Muslims that he wants to support, apparently they are led by women, but I've never heard of them before.
I've not heard the terrorism angle on this particular group before but, either way, it's pointless to support moderate Muslim groups because they have no solid theological foundation to support their beliefs. So, I don't agree with Giuliani on this point.
This might be a desperate grasp to find "moderate" Muslims to support. Just like McCain will die in a ditch to support the Syrian rebels. It's madness. Forget trying to find moderate Muslims. It's futile.
