Scalia overruled for the last time
RE: Scalia overruled for the last time
Love that a strict constitutionalist member of the Supreme Court has inspired such unconstitutional machinations from so many of his supporters.

Guess they didn't like his viewpoint either, it certainly hasn't inspired any emulation.

That really is ironic.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

When the GOP talks about "strict interpretation" they mean their interpretation.

You'll have to excuse WOG, he's a sincere racist and anti-Semite.

Are there any Jewish fairy tales you don't believe in?

While almost every act known to man was, is, or will be illegal somewhere in America no lunatic has yet passed a law that says people have to be pro-Semite.  On top of that everyone in America is a racist or else there wouldn't be any racism.  Remember, the country was created as a racist nation.

Did Scalia ever write an opinion that supported anything in the Bill of Rights except for soemthing having to do with approving religious nuts to discriminate against non-religious people?

Anyone find this whole thing pussy err I mean a fishy? He doesn't have his normal security detail, says he's tired after dinner and goes to be early before the rest of the party. The owner who is a an ex special forces guy and huge Obama donor who was given a special award by Obama, found him with a pillow over his head. They don't do an autopsy, which they say because the family didn't want one, but this is a powerful man, and one of the key votes in many controversial cases in the supreme court. It was first declared a heart attack, and then changed to natural causes by a judge who never saw his body, and no doctors investigated him after death. His body was embalmed as soon as it could, which means draining the bodily fluids, and even more gross, they are not considered hazardous, and instead just flushed down the sewer towards the water treatment plant.

Sure it could have absolutely been just natural, but if you or I died, there would likely be an autopsy, so why not with a supreme court justice? Qui bono? Who stands to gain? That's what murder investigations always look into. Well obviously the democrats and Obama in his last year so he can start getting through his agenda. Even if there was no foul play, this will benefit globalism since he was against destruction of nationalism, gun control, abortion, and immigration.

Just so you know, the CIA did develop a heart attack gun around 40 years ago for assasinations. Basically it was an undetectable poison that was put in the form of a frozen dart and shot into someone, so it would create a heart attack, and melt away with only a small entry hole. This was on CSPAN for anyone that wants to see and hear congress and the head of the CIA talk about it.

Longer version if interested in the full story. This is much more interesting perspective of the person who developed the poison.

Sounds good but there's a whole phone book of names that haven't met the magic pillow.

Not the conspiracy crap again. The pillow was NOT over his face, it was above his head.

Scalia's own son says "Knock it off"......

It was reported above his head by the police because it was removed from his face by the owner of the ranch who found him to see if he was dead. Why mention that fact at all? Seems to me to send a message to those in the know while the general public would be told the official story, which they will not question.

There have been a lot of people in the US that have been assassinated. When there is no autopsy, and a rush to conclusion without investigation that shows their is information to hide. And the only ones who can prevent or hide evidence for an investigation would be the justice department.
