So, would you be comfortable with having your lady parts checked before entering a restroom. If for one, excuse my french, would piss on the one checking. Just so, there's no doubt.

She said she's concerned over peeping toms = She thinks everyone should have their genitals checked before entering a restroom.

Seems about right with abaris logic.

You still haven't pointed out where I said I was open for choice. Whatever that means.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

But that leaves some people very vulnerable. I can't imagine being trans in a part of the country where everyone is a bigoted douchebag especially if you can't afford to move away. Should these people have a lower quality of life just because we don't like to force businesses to do things? Should we make that kind of sacrifice choosing a business' freedom over a person's dignity? I don't know. I don't think so.

But there's plenty of discriminated people out there who the government doesn't help with force.  I mean I can't imagine how bad it must be to be really ugly with a tiny penis.  They have no access to vagina from a good looking woman, and yet their bodies testosterone constantly demands that they get vagina from a good looking woman. He will have no chance of getting certain jobs in a trendy clothing store or part of a sales team. They could possibly pay for access to sex but that would be illegal.  So they're being discriminated against and the one thing they could do to stop it is actually prevented by several government laws.

What the fuck does this have to do with the discussion? You're still stuck thinking of businesses and people and they're not.

Why would that be illegal? Just because it's illegal in America or Britain. I actually don't know the laws in Britain, but it's legal in many countries.

Stupid comparison, by the way.

And, to be frank, I don't understand the clothing store part. I never had to present my penis to buy.

Which is why I would never separate religion from politics, personally. It's eventually going to lead to even 6 people all being married to one another and all living in the same house as marriage...why not....from a secular perspective, why define marriage simply as 1:1, why not allow for example 3 men and 3 women to all be married to one another and share one another in the same house.

Why do you care who marries whom when it's none of your business and has no effect on your life or your religious beliefs?

Because I care about the well being of others and the norms that become prevalent in society.  I know perhaps if I was young, didn't have an leader who I followed who was meant to be followed, and this was allowed in society, and was normal,  there is good chance to try that.

It seems like a fetish society can make attractive. Why not 6 people live together and share each other? Nothing about empathy shows it's wrong, then why not?

What do you mean?  I'm saying yeh it's bad to be discriminated against but government force doesn't always solve the problem.  We're talking about getting the government to force a business to hire someone who they might discriminate against.  That's at least part of the discussion along with talking about how to solve the problem of where transvestites urinate.

What's more attractive? I don't even like them very much, as I have said in a previous post. To my shame, since I'm full of prejudices. But that doesn't say I'm letting my personal feelings interfere with their rights.

I don't know why not. I wouldn't because it's not for me. But I don't care if other people do it. Caring about someone is fine but it's no excuse to try to legally force your religious beliefs on them.

I'm saying ugly people are less likely to be hired in trendy fashion stores and other places.  Go to some retail companies and their sales teams consist suspiciously of nearly 100% slim blonde women with long hair, with a few tall men with trendy beards and pointed shoes.  Not so many ugly people.

Transexuals
No one has yet demonstrated that dressing in drag in order to sneak into a bathroom and rape a woman is any "easier" than sneaking into a woman's bathroom via any other method in order to accomplish the same thing. In fact, I would argue such an approach is more difficult and cumbersome than if the rapist just waited for the opportune moment sans full drag. Thoughts?

Ugly people are less likely to be hired anywhere. But that's only remotely relevant in this discussion, unless you want to play to prejudices influencing every part of life.
