I like where he asks, at the bottom of the article, to imagine the reaction if he'd been writing in computer code!

I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.

Yikes.
This is why, when I fly, I immediately bring out my laptop or cell phone and openly write on this forum.
To the average Drumpfster, I am for sure a terrorist. Especially in Nashville. I am sufficiently brown and racially ambiguous.

Reminds me of the story an old field theory prof told me. When a student, his land lady removed notes about Heisenberg's unified field theory from his room because she thought they were occult writings. That, however, was in the late 50s
