That's funny, should I point out how gleeful people get when they think I've made some grammatical error?

Well, I wouldn't personally ever use a person's grammatical errors as a rebuttal in a debate, because normally they aren't relevant to the topic being discussed, and I make them myself all the time, so...I'm not sure what your point is here...

Are we discussing a grammatical error, Huggy?  No, we're not.

You said, repeatedly, that human beings were serpent hybrids.  Any error in that claim is going to be more than an issue of grammar...wouldn't you agree? I don't know what errors may exist in it, because you -refuse- to elaborate or establish it. It seems as if the worst thing that could happen to this colorfully pornographic re-imagining of a silly story...is for someone to accept it..........it's a contingency for which you never prepared yourself.

You never thought past the claiming bit.

Which I did answer, I told you I don't know... but they were close enough for their seed to be able to mix.

what do you mean by "what that genetic thing was"?

I haven't been operating under that assumption at all, I know who's responsible, what I highly doubt is YOU arguing against the removal of it.

The same species then?  If you don't know, then how do you know it was a hybridizing event? What forms the basis of this proposition regarding our genetic heritage?

That's not a question you should be asking me.  You're the one who pointed to genetics via hybridization as a way to explain both death and fucking giants as they relate to fairy tales.  Sigh.

See, another reason to smile...because you can't -help- but make an ass of yourself.

If they were the same species then how can they be hybrid? Use your brain.

Yes....what a -wonderful- realization............you must then be referring to something not at all "so close" in any meaningful sense.   Rolleyes

An entirely seperate species.  So....there would be markers in our DNA for that.  What portion of our DNA is non-human, and which portions are those? More specifically, which portion -of that- is serpent dna?

Which, again, shouldn't be something you need any clarity with regards to...it's -your- proposition...and it;s not like I havent asked a dozen questions you chose not to answer,m or couldn't answer, to precisely the effect of clarity.  When did it happen, how did it happen, what allowed it to happen.  What happened to all the purebred humans, why are the hybrid humans so well represented.

*emphasis mine*

You do realize that Tigers and Lions are different SPECIES, yet can produce hybrid offspring? Hence being close in biology but all the while being a separate species. Got it?

As far as DNA goes, we would actually need to know the makeup of the DNA of the original serpent in order to determine that, now wouldn't we?

I'll make you a deal, I'll answer that when you can answer the same exact questions as it relates to abiogenesis, and the exact steps life took to evolve from a primordial soup...
