Online, he is a scumbag, and he still is now acting like one. So up himself he thinks his shit doesn't stink when everyone can smell it miles away.

It's like with Min.

He says some awful things on here fairly often. But we all know that's just Min's online persona as the grumpy ol' man, and we know he's a decent person irl.

I must have missed that memo, and got the old crazy anti constitution nutter memo instead.

I think this is a bit of an exaggeration/misrepresentation.

It's fine, there is no need to try and correct perception. they work hard at keeping that narrative. It's precious to them, so why not let them have it? It's not really that important. When push comes to shove deep down they know the truth even if they will never admit it openly.

To be fair to Drich, I think everyone hopes something horrible happens to someone every now and then. It's human nature.

Also, while he may be disingenuous (how would I know?), I doubt he's completely a troll, if at all. Try to remember that some of the sentiments he spews are perfectly in line with the bible's teachings, if you take them literally. Moreover, I have met people who almost certainly weren't trolling me who share similar sentiments. When talking about Trump lately, an old Christian fart told me that by the way I talk (meaning swearing is something only men should do), he wouldn't blame men for grabbing my crotch to check that I don't have a dick. This is a guy who lives and dies by the idea that Jesus is life. Anyway, distasteful =/= troll. Even if his wife is a sock, he's not necessarily a troll.

Carry on.

It's not my narrative. It's yours. You can't say that you don't behave like this on this forum. You've even admitted to it and said something to the effect of how it's all part of your plan to make us see the light or whatever. I didn't mean to drag this into yet another Drich hate-fest. My intention was only to say that comparing your behavior to minimalist is ridiculous.

Also, I like having your wife around. It's helpful to remind me that there's a human being behind the curtain. I hope she stays. Would have rather had an all out trade, but this will do Big Grin

Drich, do you think everyone on AF should get AIDS?

Do you celebrate child abuse?

Are rape victims liars?

1) No.

2) No.

3) No.

But again they work hard is twisting facts and reality so those charges fit, so why not let them have it?

On count one, I said I'd be willing to pray a whatever it takes prayer if they too would pray whatever it takes but simply warned them whatever it takes could mean their health wealth or friends or family maybe on the chopping block. And as an example I gave my AIDS scare and what it did to open my ears and heart. So someone ask you are going to pray we get AIDS? I said if you want me to pray whatever it takes yes. Then a 'mod' (who is now a red letter) blew this whole thing out of proportion daring me to pray that God give him aids

Then everything I said was lost except the 'drich wants us to get aids.'

Count 2 corporeal punishment= child abuse. I will indeed spank an ass that needs it and dare anyone to stop me in any situation. But again in depth spanking in not an uncontrolled way to beat your child. a proper spanking in conjunction with a full disclosure discussion with the child as to why he/she is getting their bottom tanned. and it never exceeds per-determined limits. But again with these hippy free range nut bags anything beside letting your children run a muck is abuse.

count 3 Then you know exactly what i had to say about rape, but you see how the narritive has changed.

Those who want to know the truth will seek to find it those who want to paint me as a bad guy do not need my permission to do so. If not for aids, rape and child abuse they would find someother 'moral high ground' to pretend to stand on.

If you chase them off of every perch of moral high ground then the start a witch hunt.

So I let them have their narrative. If I start chasing after trying to befriend everyone then they can lead me and what I say anywhere they want. So again I think it is a fair exchange. I keep the freedom to say anything I deem necessary, and they cluck and bock at me for not playing by chicken house rules.

There's a substantial difference between Min's "grumpy ol' man" persona and Drich's "despicable pompous f*ckwit" persona...

How will his answer be relevant? My representation of his behavior on this forum was entirely accurate if not a bit overly forgiving.

He has literally said he hopes we get AIDS. He has literally celebrated child abuse on this forum, and he has literally accused a rape victim of being a liar about her experience. That is not at a misrepresentation of his behavior on this forum. And exaggeration? Hardly I left out all the bile the talk of beatings, and the jerk off smilies.

the revelance of my response will only be to define what you deem to be a celibration of abuse or a hope of getting AIDS. I am not disputing these are your beliefs nor am I disputing you have the right to sell this bill of goods as you see them... I am just 'translating' Atheist speak into what Christians identify as 'truth' pronounced 'tr-ooth.' for those of you unfamiliar with the term.

CL as far as i am aware has not sold her soul to pop-morality yet and maynot full understand the depth and the polar oppsite nature of 'atheist speak.' hence the need to translate to the 'tr-ooth.'

That's what I figured.

While I don't agree with your views on all this, I can see how they got blown out of proportion and misrepresented.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
