Using I.E. shouldn't affect it...and the word "Choose File" might be "Browse" instead.

That said, we aren't a free host, and I would really recommend something like ImageShack or PhotoBucket to host pics.

This is most peculiar.
the "NEW ATTACHMENT" fields are there sometimes, sometimes not.

I think when I open a second window (and am already logged on to the forum), and then attempt a reply the 'attachment fields' are not there.
When I reply in, for want of a better expression, the primary window then the fields do occur.
I’ve only just registered this fact. So I will do more tests to confirm.
