Just did the Christmas dinner shopping.

Got the Turkey, will put that in the brine tomorrow. Making mashed potatoes with garlic, my famous collard greens, stuffing, and gravy. For dessert, a homemade pecan-chocolate chip pie.

Made the orange sauce for tomorrow's roast duck.

Baked an orange cake and will be icing it shortly.

Made a lasagna with 3 layers:

- Beef and shallots.
- Ricotta cheese and whole roasted garlic (23 of 'em! Used a whole head, plus a few cloves left over from another head of garlic).
- Mushrooms and Italian 4-cheese mixture.

Used Alfredo sauce on some levels and tomato sauce on others.
