If you believe the colon cleanse people that's not much more weight than they claim you're carrying around anyway. Totally doable.

And regarding the colon cleanse mass marketers claims of people carrying around up to 15 pounds of poo all the time;
I've recently (barely) survived a colonoscopy and during the DREADFUL clean out procedure prior to the exam I can assure everyone who cares to know, there wasn't 15 pounds worth of solids that plopped out. In fact, I was surprised as to how little poo there was. (yes, achieving the clear flow desired prior to the procedure took many swigs of the foul cleanout broth) And I did fast for a day prior to the clean out, but there was nowhere near as much residual barnacles and flotsam and jetsam as I supposed there would be beforehand.
