I think if there's a God...and WE were his purpose, then either he's a fucktard or a complete bastard (or both)...
Or maybe just insane. Which would explain the quite random chaotic laws of the universe and the craziness of quantum mechanics, lol.
But of course I don't believe that for a minute lol ( I don't believe in God folks, in case you don't know that by now - And anyone new who doesn't know me checking - just take a look at my sig and religious views lol)

It was quite entertaining. Taken with a grain of salt.
I used to tell a lot of religious jokes. Not any more, I'm a registered sects offender.

I have no idea why it looks like that to you. I am VERY sure indeed.
I believe God almost certainly doesn't exist. He's about as likely as Santa, the Tooth Fairy or the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
Very complex and no evidence whatsoever.

Yup. "Almost" as a massive understatement - but still not absolutely (100%) certain.

I agree with you Adrian, I am just using different terminology so I don't have to explain what you just said all the time...
It must get frustrating. But I probably should anyway.
Like you said - you can be absolutely certain in your belief (or non-belief) but still not claim absolute knowelge. (i.e be absolutely certain but still accept you could be wrong). Right?

I thought it was very science heavy to be shown in a philosophy class... I agreed with certain statements in the film though. I remember there was one part that one of the contributors to the film said how crazy it was for believers of organized religion to think that a little ball of carbon (ie. people) could do anything to offend or sin against such a momentous power that god would have to be if he created our whole universe... basically that we mean very little and religion is a little narcissistic. Which I agree with, if there is a god, we don't mean very much to him.
Good point the RTP.
If there was a god religion wouldn't be needed acctually. But there isn't a god.
