Finally got around to the premiere. Normal length episode.

It opens with Rick being delirious, imagining a flashback (from my perspective).

Before he opens his eyes, Rick sees himself on a bed with a long gray beard.

Themed credits.

Enter Carl looking for gas, meets a stranger who gets run off by Rick.

Darrel doing who knows what. Morgan back to killing without resolve. Carol and Tara doing who knows what.

Saying goodbyes and driving off in a funeral manner.

Some guy running off at the mouth and saying how Rick's son is going to die.

Getting ready for war; random conversations.

Carol, Tara, Morgan, Darrel on the road together waiting for something. There come the zombies.

Bang bang bang, waiting for something.

Cocky Negan, not worried at all, walks out.

Another delirious flash to the gray bearded Rick.

Talk talk talk, my dick is bigger than yours, talk talk talk.

You're not important, Gregory, so shut up.

Countdown, you didn't finish it. Bang bang bang.

Zombies still on the move.

Bang, boom, bang, boom, bang, boom.......

Major boom.

Enter zombies.

They're leaving, except for stupid, naive pastor.

Carl by himself, trying to be nice.

Round two; attacking another place. Boom, dust everywhere.

Zombies overrunning Negan's place. Stupid pastor finds himself locked in with Neegan.

Another silly delirious Rick flash.

Blah blah blah.

The let down was furious. I'm so disappointed, mainly because the show advanced so quickly. Not in terms of events; but in terms of that the humans of that world already built a world that shouldn't be built but after 50 maybe 100 years into the apocalypse; also with humans finding the secret behind infinite ammo.

Seriously; the amount of shooting is stupid! what happened to the realistic scarce ammo? Back in the day; a machine gun was like a super weapon or a WMD in TWD; it's an apocalyptic world ! so that what makes sense.

Also; Negan and Simon are becoming so cheap and repetitive. No; I don't want them to kill more people; but I want to feel threatened from Negan's behavior.

If I was to rate; it's a 3/10 ; easily.
So so so let down !

There's a Muslim guy who jumps on Rick and Carl begging for food. Rick shoots over his head to scare him off, Carl wants to help-I think- who mentioned something about the Quran in that episode !

The zombies seem as confused as I am in ep1, when the pastor curled up and the Zs ignored him I thought there'd be another magic dumpster.. but weirdly enough they kept ignoring him even when he slowly walked through them... wtf? Also rick and his gang seemed to have taken some training at the stormtrooper's academy of shooting. Oh well, I still have my z-nation for my dose of zs.
