Hi

Hi
Just wanted to say hello. I used to participate on atheist forums probably 5+ years ago. Wandering my way back to the community. I live in the deep south so that's a lot of fun. Looking for like minded friends to hang around.

RE: Hi
Welcome, new friend! Dive in; the water’s fine. Except for the sharks. 😉

RE: Hi
Welcome... sometimes it's nice to take a break ... sometimes it's fun to dive back in.
"There ought to be a term that would designate those who actually follow the teachings of Jesus, since the word 'Christian' has been largely divorced from those teachings, and so polluted by fundamentalists that it has come to connote their polar opposite: intolerance, vindictive hatred, and bigotry." -- Philip Stater, Huffington Post

RE: Hi
Thanks for the welcome. I missed it. I'm a stay at home mom with a 5 y/o so my usual conversations are about playdoh or "they started it" blaming. So I went to the internet and figured I could find that conversation with adults.

Be sure to barbecue kittens, record the NFL without their permission and rip the tags off of your mattress.

Hiya!  I’m a SAHM of a four year old and a one year old!  I’m am currently hiding in the bathroom so that I can type this to you. 😝 I think maybe we should be BFF’s! 😁

Tell me, are you a wine drinker? 🍷

Oh I love wine. It helps the day melt away and I can fantasize about the days when I could go to the bathroom alone and close the door and not have fingers sticking out from under the door asking for mac and cheese and telling me they need to go now too. The good old days  Coffee

Stick around - we’ll see if we can find some adults for you to talk to.   Tongue
