Share salsa recipes!
I have been helping a friend and a family member with food truck recipes. He wants Asian/American/Tejano/ Yucatan Taco fusion ideas. We have been working on salsa ideas for a few months. Here is one I created and am proud of. Good with Shrimp, Chicken Tacos or Burgers.
1 Pineapple diced
Juice of 4 Blood Oranges (with pulp)
4 Jalapenos minced
2 Tbs. Sambal Oelek Chili Paste from Huy Fong Foods
1/2 Tsp salt
Feel free to share salsa recipes, etc!

I’m more of a traditionalist regarding salsa (though yours sounds great).
Take a few Roma tomatoes, a few Marazano tomatoes, two or three cloves of garlic, a large red onion, 5 or 6 Serrano peppers, a small handful of cilantro, some lime juice, a little turbinado sugar, and enough cumin to make your forehead sweat. Chop most of it into bits, add the stuff you can’t chop, mix it up.
At the risk of sounding like a cultural appropriator, it’s amazing on steak Florentine.

Buy four jars, take home. Open when needed.
