Yowzah....
What else can you say.
Just
Yowzah..
I don’t envision many potential electric car buyers changing their minds because they can’t get down to the shops at 316mph.

Imagine hitting a deer at 316 mph.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Really, until somewhere in 1830s the fastest any human being ever went was no faster than a galloping horse, and now every car that goes below 100 mph is peace of junk.

Probably not true, since if one were to fall off a cliff, one would be traveling faster than a galloping horse within one second. Many years ago (1997) some guy was painting graffiti on the 405 freeway on an overpass in the Sepulveda Pass, and fell over 80 feet to the ground. His speed was well over 80 MPH when he hit the ground, and he received multiple injuries. He was lucky that the side of the road reduced his impact due to weeds and it being on a slope.
