There is no harm in doing a Master's degree. It looks good on a resume and may get you a higher starting salary.
However, what matters is whether you can work for an employer, doing the work they need done. Will the Masters help with that? Have you ever had intern positions at a company?

I think it will, for the same reason my mental health deteriorated when I was doing my Bachelor degree.
Then what’s the problem? You had mental health issues during your first degree and you made it through. What makes you think it’ll stop you from completing your masters?
