RE: What do you know today that you didn't know yesterday?

Reading the finer print on the new credit card my bank suddenly decided to give me I found out that there is zero interest for a year and there is no annual fee.
On top if that, if I spend $1,000 in the first 90 days of having it I get back $200.00. Zig's dental work tomorrow in in the $990.00 range...I think I can earn that $200.00 - and no interest..woohoo!
I'm your huckleberry.

Road Bowling is an Irish sport.
...competitors attempt to take the fewest throws to propel a metal ball along a predetermined course of country roads.

That’s generally applied only to women.

Wow, people will buy anything that they see in Star Wars
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

If it made your pee/poop blue I'd buy it for the novelty.

If it were blueberry flavored then I'd try it. But apparently it's just milk.
