Was looking up some fantasy lore to help with my writing.

For instance, gnomes aren't considered fae. They're instead considered humanoid.

That doesn't make sense to me, so I'm going to make up my own rules. It's my fantasy world, after all.

Felt like I was delving into the world too quickly.

So with a prologue added and the first chapter switched (now third person past), I'm ready to get into the second chapter (first person present).

Today is our anniversary. We've been together, off and on in the beginning, since 2001.

Proud of the writing I did today. Now if I can just maintain this flow for the next chapter.

A brilliant idea is forming in my mind for this chapter I'm working on right now. Can't wait to type it out.

I dislike mentioning my writing lately, because every time I do there creeps upon me a disinterest in continuing with it.

Yet, I'm going to state it anyway in the minimal hope that I can persevere this time.

Back to working on the Kitanetos origin. The issue last time was in staying in the past. A twist has revealed itself to me and I'm implementing it into chapter ten to combine concepts.
