Apparently, when your laptop just goes to black while still running, you’re supposed to go Windows+Ctrl+shift+B and not just hold down the power button until it shuts off.

There are two different kinds of jambalaya. I recently bought a Spanish rice mix that calls for diced tomatoes. That sounds similar to Creole jambalaya.
