However, the materials needed to make these light-bulbs etc. can only be created as the result of fusion in stars, or by the forces at work in supernovae. So, your question is redundant, because all methods of creating light are the results of stars.
Also, it would be impossible for a being to create light without losing some of it's mass ( Einstein's mass-energy principle), so if a being could create light, it would cause itself to stop existing.
Did I say God created a light bulb?
We create light without bulbs as well..
So again if we have the wherewith all to create light with out the use of a "light bulb" or a star, then isn't it possible God did the same?
(Hint it is either a yes or no question, if you feel you need to explain your non yes or no answer, then know your answer is wrong no matter what the explanation.)
Plus did you not read the part where i said their is a verse that says God radiates light, that Heaven Radiates light??? Shouldn't this stop all light bulb related responses?
Didn't you read the part where I said that if god radiated light, he would destroy himself?
So god radiates light? Is he powered by nuclear fusion? So that would make most of his internal structure hydrogen. Interesting. I assume he would be considered supermassive so he would have a number of byproducts. No wonder he is so volatile in the OT. Next we will hear the fundies saying that global warming is related to "god flares" and an increase in his average temp. Damn I could work for the Heartland Institute!
I was making a joke. Damn I didn't realize that I had to hang a sign on it that says "Joke".
Well here it is:
JOKE
"A casual stroll through the lunatic asylum shows that faith does not prove anything." -Friedrich Nietzsche
"All thinking men are atheists." -Ernest Hemmingway
"Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities." -Voltaire

Haha, I LOVE Brian Cox, his infectious enthusiasm is fantastic. And he was the keyboard player in D:Ream!
You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.

Have fun playing with the mentally disabled guys. I'm out as this guy is too far gone to be rational. I can't even figure out how he types.

Even then he was pushing his evilutionism doctrine - "Things Can Only Get Better" and all that.
(Have fun trying to get that song out of your head now...)
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Which song?

Um... "Things Can Only Get Better"? D:Ream? Perhaps it's a British thing.

No problem; it's probably a blessing sometimes. Not that I've got anything against the song or D:Ream. Just that it has tended to get overplayed more than somewhat at large public events for all the wrong reasons. 1997 Nu Labour Party Conference, I'm looking at you.
Incidentally, Brian Cox isn't the only, nor indeed the first, Brian of a popular rythm combo to straddle the music/science divide. Brian May is also almost as known for his work as an astrophysicist as he is for his work as lead guitarist of Queen. He's good friends with Sir Patrick Moore and has appeared on his flagship "The Sky At Night" several times, as well as spending much time out in the field observing with the great man. It's my forlorn wish that, come the inevitable sad day when Sir Patrick is no longer with us, May should pick up the torch for him as presenter of the show.

For the one who said I should post this theory on a Christian site, know i took your advise and it's been a few days, but I am starting to see results. It took a while for them to start responding with deeper stuff than "that's blaspheme" but the theory is still biblically supported, and all questions/challenges from their side have been answered biblically. If you are interested in what the other side has to say PM me and I will e/m you a link. I do not want to get into any more trouble, or be accused of preaching on the Christian section of the web site again. (I don't know how many more times a Daniel will make it out of a lion's den unscathed )
