That's an unreasonable demand. I'm attacking a hash, not an account. Real hackers don't have time limits, since all the cracking is done on their own machines.
What do you mean "backup". I'm not going to hack your computer, I'm trying to break your forum password from the hash...

Ok with the PM of results but Will post that you had cracked it....Also I view my passwords as rather inane and simple...as would most on this forum think theirs are. Should be interesting?

Just FYI, I'm not going to publish the password if I crack it. I'll just let everyone know I cracked it, and you can verify it. I might give away certain details about it (i.e the length) if that is ok.

I'm suspicious of any article written by a fascist about "better" passwords. Anyone else reckon Tiberius has some hacker program for breaking his "passphrases" in 10 seconds?

Not very seriously if you are allowing an admitted HACKER to crack your password. He'll probably sell it online, but if you want to be stupid, go ahead.

I've just discovered that 4 byte unicode characters are valid for passwords here. haha, very good MyBB. I'm going to start putting euros between every letter "q€w€ë€r€t€y"
