I thought the same actually. If I take the black pill and discover something really horrible about the near future, I could fuck up the only happiness that I have. I wouldn't bother with any of them.

This is basically what it boils down to:
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

The meek shall inherit the Earth, the rest of us will fly to the stars.
Never underestimate the power of very stupid people in large groups
Arguing with an engineer is like wrestling with a pig in mud ..... after a while you realise that the pig likes it!

Not to be a downer, but I hate to see a giant billboard with that on it. Most of that isn't true, and Christians can easily shoot it down. About the only accurate fact on there is the Dec 25th part (and the Persian god 600 years older, but that doesn't help since the rest is just made up) .
I've studied a lot of comparative mythologies, and although there are many that do have lots of parallels to jesus, including Mithras having 2 or 3 things, Mithras isn't the best example, and making up our own facts and trying to pass them off as truth isn't helping atheists at all.
Ok, I'm done being a wet blanket. Sorry.
