Probably has more to do with urban burn laws than any improvement upon how books are viewed at this point Min. It's not like we don't see a good ole timey book burning now and again.

Which reminds me....caught ten minutes of The Ten Commandments last night.

Has to be one of the worst acted movies in history. Heston and Brynner had enough wood in their performance to be porn stars.

They always ramp that biblical shit up at these times of year don't they. I don't get it, clearly - by the holiday we're celebrating - we're uninterested. If they wanna roll with easter...I'm gonna suggest they go with actual porn stars. Or at least a nice round girl with big hips and rosy cheeks, sitting in a park eating, inviting and warm, possibly pregnant or about to become so. Throw some flowers and bunnies in there too....if you have to.
