I hope that you don't get the permanent scar on your lips. There are some products that can help with that, and I think it helps to try to avoid the sun. I had huge cut on my nose, but I was hospitalized and avoided the sun, and it's unnoticeable, while when it happened when I was a kid, it was hugely noticeable because I went in the sun. Anyways, scars tend to look good on guys but I'm just thinking it's better not there because it might bring back the memory. I admire that and respect it immensely. RE: "Take it, queer-boy!" Okay, I'll amend *northern eastern seaboard*

I always read stories like this online, and honestly I would be lying if I did not state that I am lucky to have never experienced anything like it. I cannot imagine what it is like to go through something so horrendous. I imagine, since I have never been in a fight in my entire life, that I would be beaten up pretty badly if any religious crazies decided to jump me.
The three men who did that to you should be held accountable for their actions, and I am glad that you will be pressing charges. My only concern is that gay hate crimes, especially in areas where you live, seem to not be taken as seriously by the authorities as other crimes. And do not let their ignorance prevent you from ever wearing such a shirt in public again. Do not let them win by cowering to their obvious bigotry. Stay strong, heal, and just be yourself.

Heheh, thanks, Mystic. I really appreciate it.
I used to live on the eastern seaboard. Northern Virginia, DC area and just outside it. Really missing it right now. RE: "Take it, queer-boy!" A story of the Heretic being physically assaulted.

So sorry Creed. Amazing, in this day and age, that anyone is that bigoted. Although, I imagine there are a lot of people out just looking to beat someone up.
Take care of those ribs. Vitamin E oil will help with scarring on your skin, and zinc helps with healing, if you can get some supplements. RE: "Take it, queer-boy!" A story of the Heretic being physically assaulted.

It's both amazing and completely unsurprising all at once. To use an aged meme: Haters gonna hate.

Fuck everything, this country is bullshit. Creed - I wish I could at least smoke you up.
