I might have a similar but less severe problem in my right knee. It started years ago, maybe 6 years ago when I was in kung fu. It was an endurance exercise where I had to borrow support from my legs. To describe the form, I start from lying on my front, then pivot 90° counter-clockwise. I elevate myself by supporting my weight on my right arm and right leg, sort of like a pike. But, clearly my knee was weak or I just weigh too much for this kind of posture, because as soon as I took weight off of the side of my right foot it feels painful. Now it is a chronic condition but is rarely experienced, and I think the connective tissue in the socket of my knee either stretched or tore.
If You feel the pain from your knee for more than a few hours at a time, I suggest You see a doctor, cause I think You would have more than just a small tear or strain in your knee. Oh yeah, I definitely am; I just dragged myself down the hallway for a bit, and I am all the way in pain town right now. Doctor, first thing in the morning, assuming I can find someone to support me. Damn, tonight took a bad turn.

Working. I like my job, though so that's good at least.
But I was thinking. If anyone here starts up a new religion? Could you make Sunday AND Monday "Sabbath" days? Then, I don't have to work on Mondays, anymore. Well, just a thought. ... or maybe that's just my new love for him talking. What can I say? The man had me at "fuck the mother fucking pope".
Pointing around: "Fuck you, fuck you, fuck you, you're cool, fuck you, I'm out!"

What a day. Spent the morning at the doctor because my back muscle strain migrated into my hip. He thinks it's likely unrelated. Instead he thinks both knees and hip are prematurely wearing out thanks to my rough military service. Oy...I can barely put weight on this bitch. I've got a month of painkillers to see if it works out, otherwise...???
Then my wife was told her sore foot was actually a metatarsal fracture. She's stuck hobbling, too. Freaking gimp squad, we are. Now my pop is in the hospital with crashed blood sugar and undetermined stomach issues. WTH? But it isn't all doom and gloom. I got a good laugh out of our doctor when he asked me to explain how I hurt my back originally. I started off with "Well, I had her legs pinned behind her ears like this..." :p
Been super busy with work these past few weeks, winding down with a nice couple of glasses of Jack (the better stuff has to be saved for the holidays) with my girlfriend. Going to watch a bootlegged copy of "Gravity". Will report how it is later.
