My girl Wendy Chioji was of particular interest to me as a 13 y o in Orlando...

My biological father died of esophageal (I totally guessed on how to spell that, and I got it right the first time!) cancer at 38. Now I have problems with acid reflux almost every night which leads to vomiting unless I take a Zantac quickly enough. I think my body will eventually get over this, but it scares the hell out of my mother. I just wish there were some way to ease her mind. She already stresses out about so much other stuff. And there's nothing I can do about it, because it's her choice to work herself up like that.

Fox 35 WOFL, actually. Latest home of KDKA (Pittsburgh) alum Sonni Abatta.

Ah. Many a Steeler game has been watched on KDKA. Sonni was hotter when she was dying her hair blonde.

Sleepy but not able to sleep. And my vision is blurred by the meds.
So I'm listening to music.

I'm tired and wish I could go to sleep, but I have to board a ship within the next 3-5 hours and don't trust myself to hear the phone when the call to order the pilot comes. I think I'll start some coffee and watch a movie.

Boarding a ship? That sounds interesting!
I should be sleeping, but I'm on here. That is what I'm doing.
Note to self, don't take the laptop into bed with you. Ever again.

I think it's too soon. Typically it's about 30 years between an original work and its remake. Plus, I don't think it would ever be the same without Lucy Lawless (and to a lesser extent, Renee O'Connor). But I would would be down for a movie if Lucy Lawless was on board with it.
*blush* I was kinda hoping for a remake of the entire series
