Karma. I know there is no such thing, but sometimes I start to believe it might be real....but then I snap back out of it.

I suppose I just want people to get what they deserve, good or bad.

That's not superstition. That's Murphy's Law. Most people think Murphy's Law is just a cynical way of viewing things, but it's actually a proven scientific law. That's why I always carry an umbrella - it decreases the likelihood of rain.
