I do find some industrialists, church leaders, etc, to be a blight on the butt of humanity.

That doesn't justify me going out and killing them.

I personally have strong opinions on some of the patients who have come through my hospital/office over the years. I don't have the right to deny them treatment just because I have a personal dislike for them or what they do.
