There are two types of chocolate. Good and great.
White chocolate (shudders) should be re-named since, containing no cocoa solids, it is officially not chocolate.

Prefer good high cocoa content dark (70%+), tried the stuff they sell in in the USA, it was horrible, too sweet and fatty (I suppose if you grow up with it you get used to it, but one piece was enough for me!)

An interesting fact. Most people in the US at least, that claim they are allergic to chocolate, really aren't. They're actually allergic to cockroaches.
It seems that American chocolate makers don't have that strict of regulations compared to a couple countries in Europe.

Taza and Dagoba are both in the US. I'd put their chocolate up against anyone's.

I always liked those Dove chocolate bars. Has to be milk chocolate, though.
