Perhaps if your 'set' could receive the frequencies, then you'd be able to hear the program more clearly based in what you would consider legitimate. Until then, at least we're still thinking and discussing the matter, rather than settling on "Logic" as the absolute empirical measure - but that would be as arrogant as a theist claiming "God" did it, and I'm sure you were't doing that.

"Logic" is the authority on one end of the scale, and all other ideas must submit to "Logic".

"God" is the authority on the other end of the scale, and all other ideas must submit to "God".

This is a philosophy exercise and not a religious debate.

What I'm asking is that theists quit insisting that their "knowledge" is valid, and instead, let that knowledge demonstrate itself. To use a metaphor that theists are so fond of, we know a tree by its fruits, and the tree of theistic knowledge is barren. You can insist the fruit is there, but until we have something beyond your insistence, we're left to conclude that your "tree" cannot produce.
Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell

And all I am saying is that they can demonstrate it to one another (using "faith", just as atheists can demonstrate it to one another using "logic").

(BOLD added by me)

Let it be restated that... "One can insist the fruit is there, but until we have something beyond one's insistence, we're left to conclude that one's "tree" cannot produce.

I hold no such theistic beliefs, and my philosophical premise agrees with your conclusion.

Yes! On their set - that's my point.
