Watching Bill Maher. Happy because I get to foster Buddy for the Thanksgiving holiday. He may be the most special dog I've encountered in the rescue so far.

Spent the afternoon with my dad, and my aunts. My dad apparently told my aunts the details of my deconversion (which it's not a secret that I'm an atheist), which is fine, but it's not fine, if when we get together...they feel it is their 'right' to evangelize In hopes that I will come back into the fold. They were saying that it's never too late to 'get right with god,' and how it will be 'too late after you die, and it will be your choice where you spend eternity.'

For a moment, I was standing outside of myself, looking in...thinking...is this really happening? It felt surreal. Just a not so great day. Sad

He said I think that have doubts (shukuk/šukúk in Arabic) cause I laughed at something he read. I told shukuk sounds funny
