Exactly. Just as we are guilty because of what Adam and Eve did, Wilson is guilty of what his mother did.

How does it feel to presume guilt? Look in the mirror. Because that is EXACTLY what light skin society does socially to dark skin males.

Wilson over exaggerated and misinterpreted the situation and lit the fuse when he pulled up. I do not believe Wilson when he claims he was polite. I do believe Brown's friend when he says Wilson cussed him out.

Now if you are stuck on blaming Brown instead of conditions, then you should have no problem with this argument either.

So if you don't want someone blaming Wilson's mom, then why is it ok for people to blame Brown's parents? I did stupid shit too. Difference is when I assaulted a cop, no one blamed my mom, but I also didn't end up dead.

CUT THE CRAP.

This happened because of TESTOSTERONE and economics. So if you want to say "don't place blame" then dont do it yourself.

CONDITIONS are the real issue and the only way to not make it a race issue is to accept that it is a collective climate of social conditioning.

Stop blaming blacks because that is what you are doing. Otherwise Wilson's mom is just as responsible.

The difference between me being a dick, and say Haywood is that I am being a dick for good reason.

People who defend Wilson blindly are ignorant of long term conditions and rather than look at the bigger picture they compartmentalize to justify their own narrow view.

So yea, even with people who side with me, who get sucked into the narrative, when I get upset with those who agree with me, in that case,it is because they get sucked into their game.

Most conflict regardless of issue, is caused by flawed perceptions and narrow POV.

Some who side with Wilson are bigots and do not care. And others are merely unaware of their own social conditioning.

The most important thing in problem solving on any issue is to understand with out excusing the word "understanding" with "making excuses" and combined with a large understanding of human behavior you can get past divisions.

Can I once again mention that the Ferguson Police escalated the situation way past the issue of Michael Brown? Even if it turned out that Michael Brown had pulled out an uzi and threatened to gun down the officer and the entire street, the police escalated the situation to a much larger issue.

The police were confronted with largely peaceful protesters. They responded like the former Soviet army cracking down on Polish strikers. They showed up with armored transports and machine guns. They not only dispersed a crowd that was exercising their first amendment rights, they swept through restaurants and cleared them out, arresting reporters. They fired on media camera crews. They swept through neighborhoods firing tear gas into people's back yards and homes.

Frankly, police behavior went beyond mere jack booted thuggery. At least the former Soviets had a bit more finesse in their oppression tactics. The Ferguson police seemed completely out of control.

The strongest defense conservatives could offer for their behavior was to allege there was some looting in addition to the peaceful protesters. This does not justify firing upon camera crews or sweeping through restaurants to arrest people for sitting at tables and typing into their laptops.

The Yosemite Sam style response to the Ferguson protests stands in stark contrast to the Bundy Ranch protests. When a bunch of white conservative people express outrage about the government, it seems they're not only allowed to protest but also to carry firearms and point them at Federal agents.

[Image: FergusonRacismviTheOther98.jpg?width=600&height=600]

Conservative flip flopping on the issue is also palpable. The Bundy Ranch protesters are patriots while the the protests in Ferguson are rioters and thugs.

So the larger issue here, which really needs to be discussed is this:

Is the right to protest a white privilege in America?

Discuss.

Yea those few constitute the majority of people who peacefully protested. I guess you didn't want to hear Obama saying violence and destruction of property is not acceptable. I guess you didn't see blacks stand in front of a business to protect it.

"Blacks do it too"

NO SHIT

Any population anywhere in the world is going to have a ratio of crime. Now are you only going to single out the few and ignore the majority who did not do that?

And these blacks in the articles below didn't do that.

No. You're the dishonest pricks who tried to make it seem that the Ferguson police attacked a bunch of peaceful protestors, unprovoked, and then claim racism for the motivation. You guys are knowingly and completely ignoring the other half of the events, the riots, the looting, the burning of their town and the destruction of property, see DP's original post. You only want to present one side of a story that would seem to support your dishonest claims of racist motivation by the Ferguson police. Those thugs were destroying their own town and the police reacted. Yeah, I saw the peaceful protests too. If so-called peaceful protestors don't want the police descending on them, then don't provoke them, especially when tensions are at a fever pitch.

The police reacted poorly. So much so that national attention descended. Then they buckled under that weight, handling the aftermath about as poorly as they handled the initiating events.

I didn't follow the Bundy case closely. I wouldn't have studied the Ferguson case closely except that we are discussing it. This stuff doesn't fascinate me. Anyways, your little image mentions Bundy protesters getting tasered. I was curious about it and found the video of the "riot" where the Bundy protesters were tasered.

I didn't see any guns. I didn't see people throwing rocks or bottles. What I saw was a lot of people yelling at the cops and holding cameras. I imagine if the rioters started to throw stuff at the cops...it would have gone down a little differently.

You can't compare Ferguson to Bundy because the two situations are significantly different.

Odd that I don't see armored cars and sniper teams deployed nor was there a high body count. I'm sure you will come up with an asinine excuse for that too.
