the link box where it "helpfully" puts in the "http://" which you then have to delete in order to post the link that you just copied?

Probably.  It would make sense to do so, because no one is really going to type links by hand.  At the very least, it ought to be pre-highlighted.

Good idea.

I just never use the link box because I actually like (well liked and hopefully will like again soon) the mobile version on this site. The TTA mobile version sucks and I hate it, but I still never use the link box because the http:// is super annoying. It's also in the youtube box
