Got a mental image I can't shake off now it's like burned on my brain
I use disposable razors down there too though, never cut myself doing it. It's an art.
"Art"?
Christ in a sidecar, now even shaving one's asshole is an art ... god damn, I'm old.

How?!?!? My butt cheeks would chafe away into nothing.
I've never had chafing issues in general, like, even with my legs or anything. I always thought it was due to my skinniness maybe. All my friends who workout had issues. Besides, my buttcheeks are already nothing lol.
I used to work with this awesome gay dude, who was pretty open about everything. He would always go on and on about using this product marketed for ladies...can't remember what it was called...some sort of gentle hair remover that wasn't hard on the sensitive skin in the crotchal region. Anyhow, he was always trying to get all the straight guys to use it with the selling point being "less wiping", and also to get a rise out of us. Well, I couldn't see myself buying the product so I decided to try shaving....he was right. Lol

Probably Veet.
A lesson I learned with yet more blood and tears: NEVER use a depilatory on the membranous portions of your skin. (Butthole, tip, nips)
It will end in misery.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

yes, I heard they're very sensitive parts of the body.
I heard this tip also, when you're waxing you should use talc(baby powder) to prevent the wax from sticking to your skin and causing more pain.
and from personal experience, you should also use pain killers on your skin to numb it, but you should be careful with the amount.

Yeah! That was it. Veet sensitive skin or something very similar to that. He said it worked like a charm. No blood or tears. Wish I could grow a pair (or a vagina?) and buy some. Sounds like it was beat the hell out of shaving.
Here's a question: If a company like Old Spice or Axe came out with a hair removal product, would you buy it (assuming you have a problem buying what's on the market now)? Follow up: What would the marketig campaign be? At first it sound like a tough nut to crack, but I think if they leaned into the uncomfortable nature of men buying those kinds of products, they could have fun with the marketing and eventually do away with the stigma.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:
"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."
For context, this is the previous verse:
"Hi Jesus" -robvalue

That stigma is long gone. Men who manscape are not ashamed of manscaping. Men use depilatories all the time. Nair has a "sensitive skin" version as well.
Depilatories work great if you have sparse, thin body hair. If you have thick ribbons of gristle like I do, they do not work so well, and you end up with chemical burns on your nipples.

I'm a little ashamed of it. Well not exactly ashamed I guess, but I'm not trading tips with the rednecks at work. I think most men do manscape, like I do- out of necessity and functionality, but it's not exactly a part of my culture the way it is for, say, gym dwellers. Manscaping goes right along with working out, tanning, and waxing...and I guess laundry gets thrown in there? I do it cuz I'm hairy as fuck! Haha
I'm curious now. I'm gonna order some of that Veet onlinr and go right for the BH. I'm either gonna have a good week or a really, really horrible one.
