Diet change it is, then.
Honestly, the only thing I'm really cutting out is alcohol and bread. I rarely eat meat or consume sugary beverages. So basically I just stick to my vegetarian diet, completely excluding alcohol and bread. That's doable. But if it doesn't help, I'll have to visit a foot specialist and see about the medication.
I do not recall if I mentioned it or not, but my sister has spent the last year in jail for having morally endangering her kids. My brother-in-law and his new wife currently have full custody of them.
I just received this message from him: She pled guilty and sentenced to 20 years she has to serve at least 8 and will have to register as a sex offender. And cannot contact kids for 20 years. My response to him: Even though she's my sister, I don't feel sorry for her. Considering the background in which we were both raised, she should have known better than to do what she did. It's a pity she took the route she did, but perhaps she'll come out of it a better person for the time served. I'll not comment on your sister but I will say I hope that the kids have all the love and support they need...they are the innocents in this. I am thisclose to wishing my younger daughter would stop getting 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chances with the legal system so that someone else could permanently raise her kids...it's a hard place to watch from the wings. “If you are the smartest person in the room, then you are in the wrong room.” — Confucius (May 3, 2021 at 9:00 pm)Eleven Wrote: So, the doctor confirmed, after not finding a fracture in the x-ray, that it is gout. She never offered medication as an option; instead, she simply mentioned altering my diet and informed me that I could call her if I have any questions. You need more than not finding a fracture on x-ray to confirm gout.
I don't have an anger problem, I have an idiot problem.
Getting my second shot this morning, let's see if it affects me in any way.

It's been two weeks since my last shot and I'm still having assorted odd symptoms. Perhaps because I donate plasma, my immune system needs more time. Or maybe I'm just getting old.
Got my second shot:
Feeling a bit odd, but I think I'm just tired since it's around bedtime. How I feel when I wake up will reveal more. |
