What do you know today that you didn't know yesterday?
RE: What Do You Know Today That You Didn't Know Yesterday?
I had a distant cousin (since deceased) who was in the RN during the Korean War.  He was tasked with searching for mines in the coves and inlets round the coast of Co. Antrim.  It became pretty readily apparent that China wasn't mining the North Sea, so he spent much of his on duty time fishing.

The British mined the North Sea heavily in WWI.

Different part of the North Sea than where cousin Harry was.

That was mostly the US, with the Brits in a relatively minor role.  And Chinese mines were conspicuous by their absence.

I have discovered that “climate change” is a hoax.

If it was real, why are winters still mostly cold?

I've discovered what happened to the cousin who was compiling data on "accidental" gun deaths in the ... clan.

During this time global temperature was 8 °C higher than today and nothing bad happened.

Which means absolutely nothing, of course.

That was a long long long time ago, and it wasn't a rapid increase in average temperature like what we're seeing now. This is dangerous for us humans and a lot of other organisms on earth.
