CNN actually has a video marked to play in the event of the end of the world.

It’s apparently on CNN’s database with the marking “ HFR (Hold For Release) till end of the world confirmed.”

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Timothy Spall actually cleans up surprisingly well:

*Sigh for the inevitable answers of "Who?" from the non-Anglophiles on the forum*

He's Peter "Wormtail/Scabbers" Pettigrew from the Harry Potter movies.

In Mark Twain's semi-autobiographical 'Roughing It' (1872), he describes the coyote as '...a long, slim, sick and sorry-looking skeleton, a living, breathing allegory of Want. He is always hungry. He is always poor, out of luck, and friendless.'

Chuck Jones used this description as his inspiration for Wile E. Coyote.

There is a Lady Gaga skin, but it does not entice me to play Fortnite.

It just occurred to me that Vulcans are space elves

^I read a bit of that, and I feel they’re overthinking the intersection of fantasy and science fiction. But one of the posters made a correct observation: Vulcans were supposed to be vaguely Satanic, not elven (Spock originally had reddish skin), but the studio thought it might cost them viewers.

If the weapons go clang-clang, it’s fantasy. If the weapons go pew-pew, it’s science fiction. -30-

Skinning Lady Gaga isn’t the worst idea…
