Godschild means that God is not omniscient and cannot find KUSA where he is. Apparently, KUSA can blaspheme God all he wants and get away with it, as long as God's followers cannot find him. Godschild's God is blind and incapable of finding KUSA and could not harm KUSA if he did find him, and depends on his followers for any action taken. Godschild's God is remarkably indistinguishable from a nonexistent God.
