No one is forcing anyone to do jack, unless they want to do business with the public. I'm pretty sure those poor homophobe bakers could do an exclusive business by word of mouth only. As long as they don't hang out a shingle to the general public, they can probably discriminate all they want. Hell they could even go into a different business altogether, something not involving public interaction perhaps. It is nice that you care, but don't go over board.
