All this story does for me is to poop on those who I've argued in the past who claim snakes never had legs therefore the story of the legged snake in the garden is yet another 'proof' that the Genesis account is false. That's it that's all.
This is just one more piece of a greater puzzle.
I see. Well, I can't account for other people not knowing shit about snakes, and this also doesn't really help your argument that much without the other proofs I mentioned. Otherwise, it's a cheap "I told you so" and basically nothing else.
Again, just a small piece to a greater puzzle. I know 'science' has no issue making grandios claims with a single piece of information from one perspective/point in time and space. (Like how they know a planet's temperature, size, and atmospheric conditions/ability to support life,1500 light years away. by what amounts to electronically listening to frequencies we have no way of verifying that remain constant 1 light year away let along 1499 more. not to mention how this frequency is affected by time) no, we in The religious community are not required to have so much faith. God typically provides us with lots of small evidences protracted over time to help us build a solid understanding and unshakable beliefs.
This my pink friend is just one small piece to a much larger puzzle.
