There's no reason to believe this woman. She mentioned a few scientific studies, but she didn't mention psychology once. Psychology is the science which should be defining terms such as this. She was right first time - the terms are interchangeable, and refer to someone with Antisocial Personality Disorder (DSM).

Now I'm confused!

As she described it, a psycopath has no moral compass, enjoys the pain of others and receives four times the normal chemical reward response. A sociopath just has a moral compass pointing in the wrong direction.

Could you clarify which of those is correct, and what (if anything) the other condiction would be called?

I see them as all intertwined (psycopath/sociopath/antisocial/dissocial), its just a matter of degree. Ya know I like to read:
